COR HEALTHCARE Fontana, CA 92335
Utilizes the nursing process to implement goal-directed nursing care for Obstetrical patients. Monitors medical condition of assigned patients at all times and report to Physician, Nurse Manager or Nursing Supervisor any patient care problems, changes in condition or unexpected occurrences. Provides direct patient care, including examination and treatment under an approved protocol. Checks patient’s cervix periodically to monitor progression/lack of dilation. Immediate care of newborn (clean, weigh, etc.) Evaluates outcomes and adjust nursing care processes as needed to ensure optimal patient care. Facilitates a team approach to the patient plan of care, incorporating all disciplines involved.

Duration: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Orientation Hours: 12
Shift: 3 x 12
Shift Length: 12 hours ( Day and Night Shift avaialble)
Start Date: 12/2022 or 01/2023
Required:
- 1-2 years L&D required
- AWHONN Intermediate and NRP (preferred)
- High Risk experience required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,200.00 per week
