Consistently manufacture "great tasting" sausage products according to specifications
Work together with other Harvest Members to obtain World Class harvest results in safety, yields, usages, and efficiencies
Participate in daily improvement meetings

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to communicate with others in a professional manner to ensure your customers are getting a quality product, so they can perform their job to the best of their abilities
Ability to retrieve dull knifes from the production floor, sharpen the dull knives and return them to the production floor
Ability to work in SAP to complete PMs and enter work orders
Ability to perform PMs on tools related to the job
Qualifications - What you bring to the job:
Ability to perform responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner.
Ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills.
Good organizational skills.
Decision making / prioritizing.
Requires full range of body motion: standing, squatting, kneeling, upper body twisting: occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, hand and wrist mobility.
