We are looking for a dependable, trustworthy and motivated individual who can work the following part-time schedule:

Wed.: 4:00PM-9:00PM

Thu.: 4:00PM-9:00PM

Fri.: 4:00PM-9:00PM

Sat.: 4:00PM-9:00PM

Sun.: 3:00PM-8:00PM

Duties include but are not limited to:

Operate 3 Compartment Sink (Wash, Rinse, Sanitize)

Wash, rinse, sanitize all dishes

Collect and take all trash to dumpster - NO food can be left in trash bin inside overnight.

Wash trash cans

Wipe down all lobby tables/seating/straw holders/napkin holders

Ensure prep is done for next day (fruits/veggies/powders/juices/etc.)

Everything is rotated in fridges/freezers (strawberries, bananas, etc.)

Sweep/Mop BOH, lobby, bathrooms, etc.

Pick up trash around the building, in the drive-thru lane outside

Pull out fridges/freezers, sweep and mop behind units

• Restrooms are clean (sinks, toilets, mirrors, etc.)
• Toilet paper is full
• Paper towels are full
• Mop bucket is dumped
• Mop bucket is clean
• Sinks are Drained (leave drains OPEN).
• Black Cart is Wiped Down (top & bottom)
• Entire store is swept & mopped
• Clean exterior of all fridge/freezer units
• Ice Cream Freezer is wiped down
• Rolling table is wiped down
• Prep Bar (underneath) is fully stocked
• Back up cooler is fully stocked
• All dishes are done before leaving
• No chemicals left out front (put away onto chemical shelf/mop sink)
• Lid is ON yellow trash can (should have new clean empty trash bag)
• Front counters are wiped down
• Swinging door is clean (front and back)
• Detail sanitizer buckets: washed, rinsed and sanitized, drying upside down
• Clean office desk & mop office
• W/R/S ice scoop + holder every night
• Drain UNDER FOH sprayer sink needs to be cleaned every night
• Detail sprayer handle on sprayer sink
• Wipe down speed rail
• Wipe down tile walls FOH
• Clean sprayer sink
• Clean Ice Cream Freezer
• Parking Lot Trash Pick-Up
• Wiping down ALL stainless, ensure to wipe out all handles too
