We are currently seeking a IT Coordinator/Business Analyst to join our team in Not specified, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
The role will manage efforts primarily in the wave planning, communications, and support work streams with all acquired companies within the DWP Integration Program space. Directing business analysts efforts to ensure qualitative and timeliness of assigned deliverables as it pertains to those efforts. The role may also be assigned to drive various tasks to completion within the context of the overall DWP Integration Program space that may not fall within the itemized efforts listed. Attention to detail and an intense focus on results is integral for the individual that will fill this role. Proven success and experience working within the DWP Integration mergers and acquisitions space is a highly desired attribute. Experience working with members of an acquired company and maintenance of positive relationships with those members is required.
Must Have:
M&A experience preferred
