We are hiring for future growth locally and seeking talented Sales Managers to join our team!

Basic Function and Responsibility: As part of this dynamic, goal and results oriented team, the Inventory manager is responsible for overall inventory management of the assigned locations within the company. This position requires proficiency in keyboard, profit systems, word, outlook, and excel. The inventory Manager works with the store and Distribution Center Managers daily. As such, strong interpersonal skills are necessary. Attention to detail is of paramount importance.

Primary Duties:

1. Manage all inventory issues for Ashley location(s) assigned.

2. Assist with any issues involving receiving and payables.

3. Conduct cycle/physical inventories.

4. Assist accounting with any issues involving inventory and provide any information to run reports, generate orders, and run and analyze purchase advice reports.

5. Enter new merchandise into the computer.

6. Generation and maintenance of purchase orders.

7. Maintain prices in the computer and make any changes upon corporate consent.

8. Audit and make adjustments to inventory; either removing or over in’s with a printout that is to be provided to accounting.

9. Meet with vendors about new and current product.

10. Assist dispatchers with any discrepancies involving merchandise receiving transactions.

11. Assist other management as directed.

12. Assist Ashley store managers with accurate and timely ordering and tracking of orders.

13. Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
