Job Summary:
CardioDiagnostics is seeking an Inventory Assistant to join our team. Your responsibility is to support the management and control of inventory. You will work to ensure accurate tracking, monitoring, and maintenance of inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
- Keep track of EKG monitors and phones in the inventory.
- Conduct functional tests on inventory items as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and updates.
2. Shipment Coordination:
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager for shipment.
- Prepare shipments and arrange transportation to the nearest UPS outlet.
3. Phone Enrollment:
- Follow provided guidelines to enroll phones with a specific software.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 per day
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
