MAG is hiring an Integrated Logistics Support Specialist to provide support to the U.S. Army Communications Security Logistics Activity aboard Ft. Huachuca, AZ with a focus on the Cryptographic Modernization program mission.
This position will support acquisition, fielding, and sustainment of new and emerging cryptographic solutions as well as the deactivation of obsolete equipment. The Integrated Logistics Support Specialist will maintain an overall view of property records and property management functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will support acquisition, fielding, and sustainment of new and emerging cryptographic solutions as well as the deactivation of obsolete equipment. The Integrated Logistics Support Specialist will maintain an overall view of property records and property management functions.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Must be capable of analyzing and reporting supply facility to include stock-level maintenance and logistics planning.
- Maintain Army databases with accurate and timely tracking of COMSEC equipment status worldwide.
- Develop task plans to respond to customer information requirements (e.g. researching various data sources).
- Determining resources required for developing end product deliverables.
- Interfacing with the field users of COMSEC equipment and the PEO C3T PdL COMSEC.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
:
- (2) or more years of relevant experience.
- Associate Degree. (5) years of additional logistics experience can be utilized in lieu of this degree requirement.
- Active Secret Clearance
Desired Qualifications
:
- Hands-on experience with Army wholesale logistics processes and policies, equipment reset, Life Cycle Support and Sustainment Plans, equipment nomenclature (e.g. LINs and NSNs), and inventory management from fielding through decommissioning.
- Familiarity with currently fielded Army cryptographic systems and key management systems, the Annual Cryptographic Procurement Strategy (ACARPS), GCSS-Army, Army Enterprise Integration Program (AESIP), Logistics Management Portal (LMP), and developing input to the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) budgeting process.
The position is contingent upon candidate’s ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements.
