YOUR LIFE AS AN INSIDE SALES REP - CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
As an Inside Sales Rep - Customer Service Associate, you are the voice of our company! You provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person. Each day, you answer phones, schedule appointments, and resolve issues for customers. You also work hard to meet sales goals. There is always a variety of tasks to help with, including keeping the office clean and organized. You find great satisfaction in having answers for our clients, whether in person or over the phone!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Customer service and customer relations experience
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
- Knowledge about office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, etc.
Prior experience in electrical and generator service is preferred but not required. Experience in a sales-related role would also be a plus. If you can meet these requirements and perform this job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
