CAMFS, the largest independent fleet maintenance company in the country, is currently hiring an Inside Parts Sales Representative. As a Inside Parts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for portraying a welcoming and positive image as they assist customers with parts purchases over the telephone and in person

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the showroom is properly stocked, priced and presentable
  • Assisting co-workers with stocking product, organization, freight issues, staging, etc.
  • Working with The Service Department to coordinate parts requirements for all service functions
  • Working with the Parts Manager to minimize carrying costs and maximizing profits while meeting customer requirements
  • Identifying and recommending new opportunities to purchase, stock and sell parts
  • Reach out to Sales department to coordinate parts requirements for all service functions
  • Maintain a working knowledge & understanding of product specifications, features, benefits & advantages across all product lines.
  • Communicate with customers in person, via email, fax, or phone to assist with parts purchases
  • Gather necessary paperwork and upload into system for records.
  • Exhibit’s ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with frustrated customers and/or technicians.
  • Maintains professional but friendly demeanor.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) plus years’ experience in the Auto Repair, maintenance, parts sales, or counter experience industry.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Maintains professional but friendly demeanor.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively.
  • Pays close attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
