Inbound Call Center Representative Job at ProIT Inc.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for working in a fast-paced environment and providing customer service to the public either on the phone, via email or in person. You will be responsible for helping our customers with questions regarding our products and services, addressing their concerns and assisting with billing or product issues. The ideal candidate must have a friendly and professional demeanor, as well as an interest in educating customers about our company, products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls
- Answer customer questions.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Work in a call center environment.
- Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while on the phone.
- Communicate with team members to resolve customer issues.
- Manage a workload of multiple customer issues at a time.
- Track and compile customer information.
