A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN IN-HOME COMFORT ADVISOR / HVAC TECH

As an In-Home Comfort Advisor / HVAC Tech, your product knowledge and people skills are the tools of your trade. For every need, you have an intelligent and honest solution. After completing all necessary home comfort surveys, analyses, and accurate load calculations, you make sound recommendations as if it was your own home. You support all recommendations by documenting all needed equipment and materials by taking photos of all existing work. You gladly walk customers through the process from start to finish by appropriately handling invoicing and financing. You keep customers in the loop by explaining all rebate and tax credit documentation and organizing payment based on necessary work calculations.

While you enjoy sales, you also recognize the hard work that is required. In order to be your best, you are always learning and improving. And, you love seeing your hard work pay off in your paycheck!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN IN-HOME COMFORT ADVISOR / HVAC TECH

• 1 or more years of hvac technician experience
• 3 years or more sales experience
• Can use tablet-based dispatch/sales software
• Understanding of job cost and pricing guides
• Current driver's license and clean driving record
• Can pass a background check and periodic drug testing
