IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Hypersonic Weapon System Operational Integrator at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the operationalization of the Army's Long Range Hypersonic Weapon (LRHW) System. Integrates LRHW into Army and Joint echelon command and control, mission command, and fires processes.
- Communicates technical system capabilities to operational stakeholders to
support the development of Concepts of Operation (CONOPS) and Techniques, Tactics and Procedures (TTPs). - Assists in the development of future LRHW capability by providing operational expertise to influence requirements and design development.
- Supports the planning and execution of Army and Joint exercises in which LRHW is a participant.
- Prepare and present executive briefings, products, and reporting that details operationalization of the LRHW program to inform progress on command and control, mission command and fires processes for Army Senior Leader decisions.
Education and General Experience:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of Army and Joint Fires experience with a Bachelor's Degree
- US Citizenship
Preferred Experience:
- Experience/knowledge of Joint Command and Control Processes
- Experience/ knowledge operating in Joint Commands and Joint Fires Organizations to include Air Operations Centers (AOCs), Army Air and Missile Defense Commands (AAMDCs), etc.
Clearance Requirements:
- Ability to obtain/ maintain TS/ SCI clearance
- Current TS/SCI clearance is strongly preferred
