We are looking for a full-time dispatcher that has excellent customer service skills to:
-answer incoming phones
-schedule/dispatch service calls
-coordinate service technicians’ daily schedules
-contact customers regarding their maintenance and extended warranty contracts (no cold calling)
-assist walk-in customers
-additional office duties as directed by management

The ideal candidate must:
-have relevant and related dispatching experience (this is a requirement)
-be reliable
-be able to multi-task efficiently
-be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-be able to work independently with little supervision
-have excellent time management skills
-be a team player
