Based in Italy, the North American HQ is located in Duluth, GA with a second production facility in Batesburg, SC. The US organization has today 100+ employees in two locations.

You will be managing the day-to-day HR activities, providing HR support for managers and employees at all levels, ensuring the best possible performance, and business partnering. Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Develop, Communicate and Implement company policies and procedures designed to improve productivity, engagement, business results, and a healthy and safe work environment.

· Manage Employee Relations with tact providing an open-door policy toencourage dialogue. Support and promote employee engagement.

• Attract, develop and retain talent by driving talent acquisition initiatives, conducting onboarding programs, assisting managers with the interview process.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related matters including leave of absence, worker’s compensation, benefits sign up.
• Compliance: Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
• Payroll. Ensure payroll is processed correctly.
• Benefits management: administer benefit plans.
• Reporting: work on headcount reports and ad hoc-HR reporting.

To be successful in this role you need:

• Minimum of 3 years of successful, hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in talent acquisition ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Law or related field a big plus
• Thorough understanding of US employment law, regulations, and practices
• Experience in developing processes, setting up structures, and best practices.
• Ability to travel Elemaster’s plant in Batesburg, SC once in two weeks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
