Frontier Clinical Research, LLC is a growing company, responsible for the facilitation of clinical research trials in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Headquartered in Smithfield, PA Frontier clinical has grown to cover 5 locations in Southwestern, PA and the Morgantown WV area. Frontier Clinical Research is looking for an enthusiastic, determined and detail-oriented employee to serve as the acting Human Resources department in a “Full Part Time or Part Time Compacity”. We are looking for a motivated individual to add to our growing team.

What a qualified candidate should showcase:

  • Leading candidate will have an associate degree
  • The candidate employee should have prior Human Resource experience
  • Should demonstrate “strong” knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Should be able to demonstrate a familiarity with QuickBooks online
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be “Detail” oriented, this is crucial
  • Must be able to understand employee insurance enrollment and manage 401K enrollment
  • Should be able to work both in a team setting and individually
  • Capable of preparing payroll
  • Must display good organizational skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing
  • Pay Monthly/ Quarterly Bonuses
  • Submit Payroll Taxes
  • 1099 Processing
  • Complete Audits for 401(k), corporate insurance, and benefits
  • Benefit Administration – medical, dental, vision, supplemental, & 401(k)
  • Worker’s Compensation Administration
  • Obtain Insurance Policies (Professional Liability, General Liability, Worker’s Comp.)
  • Training and Development
  • HR Compliant posters in all offices, as necessary
  • New Hire Orientation
  • Maintain Employee and Contractor Files: W-4’s, I-9s, Vaccine Records, Etc.
  • Termination / Exit Interviews
  • Recruiting, maintaining resumes, and posting employment ads
  • Assist with employment verifications, background checks, interview call backs
  • Coordinate Employee Performance Reviews
  • Create/Update company handbook, policies, procedures, and job descriptions
  • Coordinate Corporate Meeting/Agenda
  • Records Retention and Storage
  • Coordinates corporate events, birthday emails, etc…
  • Coordinate IT Services
  • Create correspondences and spreadsheets, as needed

  • Other Duties, as assigned
