Sisters of Bon Secours, located in Marriottsville, Maryland, seeks candidates for a full-time, temporary Housekeeper.

The Retreat and Conference Center has 70 overnight guest rooms, three dining areas, 11 meeting rooms and is on 313 scenic acres in rural Howard County. Today the Retreat and Conference Center is also the home office for many other ministries: Vocations, Formation, Young Adults, Volunteers, and Associates. We are currently seeking a housekeeper to join our housekeeping team at
our Bon Secours Retreat & Conference Center. This is a Temp to Hire Position (initial employment will be through a Temp Agency).
The Housekeeper is expected to deliver a high standard of cleanliness throughout
the facility, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for guests, residents, and
co-workers. Although Housekeepers may be assigned certain tasks to meet the
needs of the housekeeping department, the organization will provide cross
training.
Job Requirements:
SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required Qualifications:
- High School degree or GED
- Ability to work independently, while referring any unusual circumstances to the AV/EVS Supervisor
- Provide guests with a lasting experience of the Center, with intent for return
business - Knowledge of, or ability to learn and understand, safety procedures
- Ability to understand the different functions performed in all RCC
Operations departments, as well as interdepartmental communication
between foodservice, maintenance, housekeeping, guest services and
grounds - Covid-19 Vaccine required
