Family owned and operated (in business 50+ years!), Hellas is a local favorite and must "go to" for tourists! We are located right on the beautiful Sponge Docks. We are wanting to add an experienced Host / Hostess to our amazing FOH Team! As the "face" of the company, the ideal candidate will be professional in dress and positive in attitude! =)
We are a high-volume restaurant so we are needing someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Must be over 18 and full-time availability please

Summary: Primary objective is to ensure guests are seated in a quick and efficient manner. To be successful in the position, previous experience in a high volume, fast paced environment is preferred.
- Be responsible in making sure that guests are being properly greeted and seated in a timely manner.
- Strive to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Work with management to resolve any customer concerns/complaints
- May do check outs for FOH team
- Work with Servers, Server Assistants and Bussers to ensure guest satisfaction
- May assign Waitstaff to seating sections.
- Will adhere to the company attendance policy and dress code (proper uniform including non-slip shoes)
Skills and Experience:
- Preferred minimum of 2 years experience as a Host/Hostess or similar role
- Experienced in handling reservations.
- Computer literate
- Prefer working knowledge of Aloha and 7 Rooms guest seating software programs.
