HOME CARE VISITING NURSE Job at Girling Health Care of New York, Inc.
Certified Home Health Agency is seeking to hire fulltime & FFS nurses to make home visits to provide professional care in patient’s home.
- Nurses will perform a comprehensive assessment utilizing the Oasis tool. Identifying and documenting skilled focus of care. Communicates with the physician and the care team in identifying the need for additional skill services (PT, OT, MSW, & HHA). Skill care will be provided based on physicians order and in accordance with the federal and state regulations and agency policies.
Nursing requirements:
We will consider RN's with nursing Home Care experience, or new grads.
Compensation will be based off experience.
