FIELD REGISTERED NURSES NEEDED
The Doctor’s Choice Home Health Services is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Home Health team for our Riverside office covering High Desert Areas. This skilled nurse will be able to make visits within the High Desert Area from their home to patient’s place of residence, in order to provide skilled care services as ordered by referring physician.
**OASIS TRANSCRIBER PROVIDED, SO MINIMAL DOCUMENTATION**
Locations include Apple Valley, Victorville, Adelanto, Phelan, and Hesperia **MUST BE ABLE TO COVER VICTORVILLE AND APPLE VALLEY**
Per-Diem status only (Skilled Nurses are able to choose areas of their choice).
Minimum Requirements include:
- Graduate of a National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing
- Must have minimum 1 year of experience in Nursing
- Be open to work 3 days out of the week (Monday through Sunday)
- Experience in EMR software (preferred)
- Provide skilled nursing services / interventions in accordance with physician orders
- Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of skilled nursing interventions.
- Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
Required Licenses and Certifications:
- Registered Nurse License in CA
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance
- Physical/TB from the last 6 months or sooner
Pay: $50.00 - $135.00 per hour

Experience:
- RN Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
- RN Home Health: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CA RN License (Required)
