This is not the case for most healthcare situations where an employee is scrambling to meet basic needs of up to a dozen people at the same time.
If you have formal training or a background in caregiving, we welcome your experience. If you lack formal training, SYNERGY HomeCare will train you – and we will pay you for the training!
