We show you exactly how much you made per hour each month. Those are real figures stylists earned in our salons last month. It includes a base wage, daily productivity, prod sales commissions, incentives and credit card tips. It doesn’t include cash tips, winning prizes, contests, and the owners buying the salon lunch on a busy Saturday. The average wage across our salons is $23.87 per hour.
