As a Software Engineering Graduate on the Digital Products team reporting into a Sr. Staff Software Engineer, you'll partner with our award-winning team of designers, product managers, and engineers to create and improve innovative digital media products that reach millions of people. You will work on projects for our native apps (e.g., Red Bull TV and ServusTV) alongside our staff engineers in a world class team to help develop features for our global apps team and grow as an engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE
Collaborate with Product Management, Program Management, Design, Quality Assurance (QA) teams and other Software Engineers to build features in our mobile apps (i.e., Apple iOS and Android)
Help troubleshoot production problems, root cause analysis, and debugging
COLLABORATION
Contribute to brainstorming sessions with team members across multiple disciplines to settle on agreed upon solutions
Participate in code reviews and weekly Apple or Android team remote meetups
Collaborate with other Engineers on technical approach
DOCUMENTATION & DEVELOP
Document and present plans to members of the team
Build the agreed upon features with frequent check ins with other engineers
EXPERIENCE

- Excellence in academic pursuits
- A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
- Interest in digital media products
- Relevant work/internship experience with Software Development (any languages, native mobile development preferred) is a plus
- Degree in Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology or Mathematics Familiarity is preferred
- Bachelor's degree (completed by June 20, 2023)
- Fluent in English (written, spoken), German proficiency is a plus
- Travel 0-10%
- Permanent
