Summary
This position is responsible for leading, maintaining, and continually improving contract program activities necessary for meeting U.S. Government contract requirements by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties
1. Provide oversight to ensure the company’s government-related contractual performance objectives are met.
2. Ensure delegation expectations and standards are clearly understood.
3. Maintain responsibility for tracking, completion, and timely submission of required reports.
4. Perform project management for government contract deliverables.
5. Develop communication plans to ensure internal and external stakeholders are informed and aligned to support the execution of deliverables.

Job Requirements

• May require the use of a personal cell phone (cell phone stipend applicable).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand;
walk and reach with hands and arms. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

• The employee must be able to work onsite, as needed.
• The employee must be able to work from a home office, as needed.
