The Golf Operations Specialist welcomes all guests in a friendly and courteous manner, removes bags from the guest's vehicle and directs them to the Pro Shop. Preps all carts prior to guest usage, cleans carts thoroughly after play, cleans member/guest clubs and either places clubs at the bag stand or places them in the guest's car. Valets guests’ vehicles as needed. Maintains an accurate list of all members, hotel guests and rental golf bags in the bag storage room and helps find bags as needed. Makes bag tags, details carts, updates the tee sheet hourly, communicates with the Pro Shop on driving range activity and cleans all work areas and rental clubs.
