Position Summary: (Inside Sales) Manager, GC Professional

The Manager of regional sales will be responsible for developing/growing the GC Pro Inside Sales Rep overall sales figures thru effective management of their skills and customer needs on a regional basis, while further developing a collaborative environment with our vendors stores and other Business solutions companies.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

• Develop GC Pro Inside Sales Reps by providing feedback, coaching, mentoring and guidance to allow for their success in hitting their goals, as well as yours.
• Create and coordinate metrics that allow for a greater view of the opportunity/success-failure of the team and make corrective measures to obtain the monthly, annual goals (both top line as well as EBITDA for the region).
• Communicate effectively with Director and key team members of GC Pro to report progress and development within the region.
• Develop and maintain a partnership with the vendors and stores to create a unique experience for our customers.
• Additional duties as assigned.

To join our band, you'll need the following experience:

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Valid state driver's license and automotive insurance.
• 5 minimum years of relevant work experience (in addition to degree requirement or years of previous experience)
• 3 years of experience leading teams
