Summary:
LM Restaurant Group is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and positive Busser to join our team. A Busser is responsible for ensuring the guests are having a pleasurable experience from the moment they enter the restaurant until they leave. You will be responsible for guest satisfaction, water service, table maintenance, general sanitation, and daily side work. LM Restaurant Group values their employees by providing a safe, constructive and positive work environment
Essential Functions:
Polite and friendly demeanor with a guest forward approach to service
Water service
Table maintenance
Setting and resetting tables
Learn menu including allergens in each menu item
Occasionally delivering food to guests
Complete opening and closing side work
Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude

Physical Demand:

Ability to carry heavy trays

Required Education and experience:
1+ years Busser experience in a trendy high-volume restaurant preferred but not required
Food Handlers certification within 30 days of employment
High School diploma/GED preferred
