Front Office Clerk/Receptionist Job at maple dental art
We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and reliable individual with a strong attention to detail and a passion for customer service to join our team as a receptionist. The dental receptionist needs to have an excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast - paced . The successful candidate will work with our clients' executive staff to schedule appointments, and will also interface directly with our customers to handle any questions or concerns they may have. We're looking for someone who is comfortable interacting directly with clients in a professional manner, while also having the ability to make them feel welcome and comfortable.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, greet, follow up with patients and organize files.
- Provide basic accounting services.
- Create client records and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Create, update, and implement marketing campaigns.
- scheduling patients and amke sure the schedule is full and appointments are confirmed.
- knowlwdge about dental insurances and how to verifiy the dental insurances.

- Conduct research to further operations activities.
- Coordinate the activities of other employees and general office staffers.
- experience at least 3 years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
