The Franchise Development Marketing Specialist works closely with BIGGBY® COFFEE sales stakeholders to develop and execute multi-channel marketing efforts to generate new franchise owner leads, increase franchise growth with existing franchisees, and elevate brand awareness in new target regions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and conduct monthly Franchise Sales Live Webinars designed to target prospective BIGGBY ® COFFEE Franchisees using data and analytics. This includes all pre-webinar and post-webinar duties to include but not limited to Webinar panelist preparation, the promotion of the Webinar via BIGGBY ® COFFEE social media channels and other digital properties, back-end host responsibilities during live Webinar, data collection and distribution of Webinar performance through HubSpot, and post Webinar communication with all attending registrants.

  • Update and manage BIGGBY® COFFEE business profiles on or with 3rd party franchise development platforms.

  • Manage cross-collaboration meetings to design franchise sales and lead generation tools and assets.

  • Utilize a CRM platform to execute marketing campaigns and tactics in relation to franchise lead generation.

  • Build, execute and report on marketing plans for lead generation on behalf of franchise development growth through a variety of marketing channels.

  • Manage and maintain website development on behalf of biggbyfranchising.com as a lead generation tool.

  • Elevate brand awareness specific to franchise development by communicating goals, franchise signings/openings, franchisee news, internal company news, upcoming franchise events, and more to our public relations 3rd party agency

  • Partner with corporate clients such as a Franchise Business Review, Entrepreneur Magazine, International Franchise Association, the National Franchise Directory, and others to generate franchise leads and brand awareness for BIGGBY ® franchise development

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience


EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years of marketing experience required


KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge of WordPress, digital/social media, and Ad Manager, HubSpot, Trello, Google Analytics


ABILITY

Ability to effectively make decisions and hit deadlines

Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Ability to manage complex projects

High proficiency in Microsoft Office


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to exert up to 40 pounds occasionally and/or up-to 10 pounds sometimes.

Reliable internet and setting to perform job remotely
