What You’ll Do
As the Food Service Coordinator for our Goshen location:
  • Provide quality food service to clients, staff, and visitors
  • Able to perform and train in all areas of food and nutrition according to standard procedures.
  • Manage the food production, food tray delivery to all the units and set-up and service of food in cafeteria.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of products necessary to complete the scheduled meals and/or catering.
  • Meet CMS, DMHA, Joint Commission, Department of Agriculture (DOA), Department of Education (DOE) and Department of Child Services (DCS) guidelines, Fire Marshal, State Health Nurse, State and Local Health Department, and ServSafe guidelines.
  • Meet budgetary goals
  • Will supervise the employees in the Food and Nutrition Services Department in Goshen.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required
  • Two years in the food service industry
  • Previous management experience in food service setting preferred.
  • Valid driver's license
