The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is a private Country Club located in Boerne off Hwy 46. We are a member only high-end Club that provides the best member experience at all times. The Food Runner position requires a professional appearance and ability to always interact in a professional demeanor. Applicants must have an energetic and outgoing personality.
Essential Functions include:
- In depth knowledge of the menu being able to speak intelligently about each dish and able to provide personal suggestions for each guest.
- Efficiently communicate and upsell features, menu changes, and upcoming club events to every table.
- Provide consistent up-scale dining service throughout the entire meal.
- Continuously supply accurate tickets with personal touches.
- Effectively communicate with the kitchen and front desk teams to provide precise ticket orders.
- Converse with members and guests in an outgoing and friendly, but professional manner.
Position Requirements:
- Must have balance and grace in movements.
- Must be able to list 30 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Must be able to focus in a busy atmosphere.
