Our prominent Lake Zurich, IL client is seeking a detail oriented Financial Analyst for their 6 month contract assignment. This position pays up to $34/hr. with the hours of 8am-5pm and a flexible start time, M-F. Once training is completed, this position will be hybrid with 1 day required in the office. It also has the potential to be a long term assignment.

The Financial Anaylst will be apart of a financial team supporting sales and marketing. The successful candidate must be available for the full 6 months and upon offer of employment, the following will be required: drug screen, background check, and employment and education verifications.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Prepare financial models for conducting profitability analysis.
• Conduct analysis for annual price letter increases.
• Develop financial analysis for proposed Sales and Marketing programs and ad hoc requests.
• Analyze hardware return requests, including determining NBV and P&L impact; prepare and distribute monthly hardware return metrics.
• Prepare various monthly reports, including US Instrument Activity, Compliance, CPI, Sales Usage, AR Aging.
• Assist with annual Ratings project.
• Responsible for workflow of Free-of-Charge requests, analysis, and reporting.
• Responsible for Healthcare Professional vendor payment validation.
• Responsible for pricing validation.

Requirements/Skills needed to be successful in this position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• 1-3 years’ experience in Financial Analyst role.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with ability to communicate analytical details and conclusions/recommendations in a concise, easily understandable manner.
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vLook-up formulas).
• Well-developed organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team player with ability to interact and collaborate effectively both cross-functionally and with all levels of management.
• Knowledge of and comfortable using ERP systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and BI preferred.
• Previous experience working in manufacturing or healthcare preferred.
