Summary:
The Equipment Finance Sales Coordinator-Specialist is responsible for the coordination and closing of transactions, including those with complex documentation or structures as well as third party documentation from syndicated partners and including participation in negotiation process and ensuring adherence to policies, processes, credit write-ups and consideration of tax implications.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reviews approval, preparing documentation and working with bankers, EF sales colleagues, vendors and customer to close transactions.
- Reviews and reconciles invoices for funding and prepares funding requests for the accounting group.
- Develops and implements of procedure and process improvement items.
- Handles all aspects of transaction from initiation to booking and funding.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 plus years of experience in financial services
- Associate's Degree
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
