Role:

Responsible for overseeing maintenance needs for all facilities to promote a clean and safe working environment for members and employees.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with VP of Operations on budgeting for facilities needs.
  • Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas.
  • Assist with the preparation of facilities for changing weather conditions.
  • Create and maintain reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff. Complete and monitor corrections needed from inspections.
  • Schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.
  • Perform/oversee/ensure routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed.
  • Oversee ATM maintenance and issues, coordinate with IT, including in the event of a robbery.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of facilities maintenance experience preferred.
  • A high school education or GED required.
  • Proficient with problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle for job related travel, including holds a valid drivers license.
  • Ability to work regular full time hours.
  • Ability to work occasional outside of normal business hours.
  • Ability to work on-site at designated location.
  • Ability to communicate with courtesy, tact, and diplomacy and model exemplary member service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications preferred.
  • Must be bondable

Ergonomic Considerations:

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch and crawl for extended periods of time (6 to 7 hours per day).
  • Must be able to view a computer screen, use a keyboard to enter information, and manipulate a mouse.
  • Job includes some repetitive hand/wrist motions.
  • Ability to operate office machinery.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
