Job Description
Our family-oriented office is growing and looking to add a new customer service representative. We are looking for you to fit right into our community involved, team-oriented office. You will be responsible for quoting personal lines potential clients, answering phones, answering questions from future/current clients and multi-task with others. We are looking for you to have at least 1 year of personal lines insurance agency experience.
You must already be licensed or be willing to obtain your Property & Casualty License.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Quoting personal lines.
- Answering phones and questions from current/future clients.
- Multi-tasking with everyday tasks and within the team.
- Issuing certificates and creating binders.
Requirements
- You must already be licensed or be willing to obtain your Property & Casualty License.
- Minimum of at least 1 year of office experience.
- Team player motivated and looking for growth.
- Ability to learn and use office software.
- Occasional cross-selling / up-selling.
