Immediate need for Experienced Commercial Carpenters and Helpers in Dumfries, VA
CARPENTER PAY: $30-$35 HR/DOE
HELPER PAY: $23/HR
*$200 Sign-on Bonus after 30 Days*
**Must Live within 40 miles of Dumfries, VA**
Responsibilities:
- Framing, constructing decking, handrails, fencing, etc
- Assisting with other tasks as directed by the site manager
Requirements:
- Must have 2-3 years of carpentry experience
- Must be able to work independently of supervision
- Must be able to work all assigned hours, both regular and overtime
- Must be able to complete all assignments requiring physical activity for a full shift
- Must be able to use all tools/equipment safely and correctly
- Must have a current driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Employees must have proper PPE: Hard Hat, steel-toed work boots, work gloves, safety glasses and safety vest.
Employees must have basic hand tools (including: hammer, square, tape measure and tool belt)
