Seeking an Engineering Assistant with 2+ years of experience to assist us with our build operations here in Hopkins. The position will entail:
-Data Entry (word and ERP)
-Using Word and Excel
-Ordering parts
-Processing sales orders
-Track orders in the ERP system
-Obtain quotes for materials and supplies from suppliers
-Following up with suppliers over email or phone to ensure delivery of parts/products at set delivery dates
-Interacting with the shop floor as necessary
-Processing Return parts to suppliers.
-Interacting with customers
