You will be the bridge between the customers and our Analytics teams, bringing the talents and ideas of our Analytics, Consultants, and Developers to the businesses and vice versa.

Location:

  • This role is open to candidates in the United States who do not need sponsorship of a work visa. Remote work is available to most of our employees, but some roles may require travel depending upon the level of client facing required.

Responsibilities:

  • You are the hands-on data wizard who is comfortable writing and validating SQL code, capable of explaining trends, analyzing and providing new insights, and telling the stories using data
  • Skilled in discussing technical details with engineers and product design, while also clearly communicating with leadership and non-technical customers
  • Analytics Roadmap: Lead efforts to define, build, and communicate a unified analytics roadmap (metrics and ML models), priorities, experiments, and decisions clearly across a wide spectrum of audiences from internal customers (operations, product, engineering) to executives
  • Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and follow-up on action items
  • Project Management: Initiate, drive, and deliver effective programs in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the programs are communicated, supported, and delivered to the highest standards, within the defined financial budgets
  • Manage project plans and schedule commitments, and ensure plans are integrated and aligned to overall organizational and business strategy
  • Analyze, remove, and proactively prevent roadblocks across teams to meet quality standards, project milestones, and business objectives
  • Relationship: develop and sustain strong working relationships with cross-functional partners across the globe - operations, product, engineering, program management, vendors, etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in data analysis, data engineering, and/or data management
  • Technical experience with data analytical tools, methodologies, and/or design
  • Experience with writing and/or validating SQL code to query databases
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team of data engineers or data analysts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with and/or knowledge of Tableau
  • Prior experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred but will consider relevant experience as an equivalent
