Gardens of Germantown is looking to fill one of the most fun roles in the community... Engagement Coordinator!
As an engagement coordinator at Gardens of Germantown you will be responsible for assisting the Engagement Director with the planning and implementation of activities for our residents. You will work as a team with other community leadership and volunteers to ensure residents live their lives to the fullest. There is never a dull day at Gardens!
Additional responsibilities include...
- Resident transportation via community bus
- Assist with the development of community calendars
- Plan community events and special occasion activities
- Maintain safety standards and regulations under guidance of community leadership
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, or other memory challenges
- Valid driver's license
- Computer skills, especially data entry and email.
- Some bending, lifting, walking, etc., required.
