This position is full-time. Employees are required to have the availability to work the hours of 7:30am – 4:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 115 W Wausau Ave. Wausau, WI

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reviews incoming mailing requests to determine timelines for front-end, print, quality and inserting.
  • Communicates and negotiates revised timelines with requester.
  • Determines appropriate ODDA template and completes print set-up.
  • Performs final review of front-end print set-up for accuracy and adherence to job specifications.
  • Analyzes new on-going print requests for automation potential.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications
  • Basic skills of Microsoft Excel (create, edit, sort/filter, format)
  • Ability to work onsite at 115 W Wausau Ave. Wausau, WI
  • Ability to work full-time between 7:30am – 4:00pm including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of related experience in the printing and mailing working environment
  • Experience in basic mail merges (ability to use Microsoft Word to import address files and create files)

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to produce high quality work while meeting productivity expectations
