**A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS A REQUIREMENT FOR THIS POSITION**
**This job includes working holidays and weekends.**
**You must provide your transportation to move around the job sites. Your mileage will be reimbursed.**
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience as a housekeeping inspector is a plus
- Previous white-glove cleaning experience and an eye for detail are a must
- Ability to make decisions that are in the best interests of the company
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding of written, oral, or diagrammed instructions
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence using computers and smartphones
- Ability to communicate with other departments and guests
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of team members or the organization
- Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to change
