We are a scrappy team that is scaling our ecommerce business quickly across Faherty. We’re looking for an E-Commerce Merchandiser that is proactive, forward-thinking, resourceful, comfortable working effectively in a fast-paced environment, and collaborative by nature. They will help drive impact, improvement, and innovation to create a truly frictionless online shopping experience and help our e-commerce business. The right candidate for this role will be analytical and creative, with strong communication skills to effectively execute priorities internally.

This role is within the e-commerce team and will work closely with the Director of Site Merchandising and the marketing team to execute on daily and seasonal plans.

This role is based in our HQ in Manhattan



What you'll do:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to build and execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches
  • Manage daily merchandising for front-end website including PDP, PLP and CLPs
  • Daily communication with marketing teams to make sure PLPs are always merchandised for campaigns across channels, from paid social, email, SMS, etc. to create optimal product-specific landing pages
  • Implement seasonal product launches with the e-commerce, merchandising, and creative teams, including:
    • Site seasonal briefs that align / ladder up to Marketing Content plan and Merch investment strategy
    • Partner closely with E-Commerce Operations on creation of new product PDPs
    • Manage asset handoff with Producer and Copywriter in accordance with our GTM strategy
    • Implement technical SEO on new product & manage rollout for pre-existing products
    • Coordinate 3rd party go-live with Merchandising team
    • Work with the Production and Logistics team to set and manage seasonal and pre-order product go-live dates
  • Assist in overall bug fixes relating to product pages, inventory issues, shipping/returns and general merchandising
  • Support with management of promo calendar and execute on sales, including creation and merchandising of PLP, discount codes, start and end dates, implementation of creative across website
  • Drive content across the site: HP, PDP, PLP, LP
  • Assist with the creation of automated processes and solutions for manual or inefficient activities
  • Daily management of Search partner and optimization on the site
  • Daily management of merch-related apps (Wishlist, Pre-Order, Yotpo Reviews, Bundling, Style Finder, etc.)
  • Manage product level analysis to understand slow and top sellers, and components impacting selling (image, position, marketing, etc.)
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Merchandising, Store Operations) to ensure alignment on site updates

What you'll have:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years in e-commerce visual merchandising and content management role
  • Strong experience and enthusiasm for pulling and analyzing platform marketing data, for an e-commerce company, while optimizing toward lower funnel conversion KPI
  • Process and detail oriented a must. Reliable, never falter on communication with internal teams
  • Innovating and solution oriented - problem solve and find solutions for ambiguous errors on the site
  • Proactive and autonomous
  • Proven ability to manage relationships and drive processes, even when resources are limited
  • Proven ability to creative solutions to accomplish tasks in a timely manner
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on achieving results
  • Strong organizational skills and collaborative team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Responsible and accountable, adapts quickly and positively to change

We aim to pay competitively for our size and industry. The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer. In addition to salary, we offer all Faherty employees an annual bonus opportunity as well as benefits and perks, outlined below.
