Document Specialist Job at ProSource Technologies
ProSource Technologies, LLC, a leader in the right of way, acquisition, and relocation industry, is searching for local Document Specialists for a project in the Falfurrias, Texas area.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze records for accuracy and completeness
- Creating, coordinating, and maintaining all controlled document files, both hard copy and electronic versions.
- Maintaining security controls on all documents while regularly exercising discretion and independent judgement.
- Identify and implement improvements to document management system.
- Document and database preparation, creation, and maintenance.
- Develop and adjust queries, filing, and generating reports.
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience reading, analyzing, and processing real estate legal documents
- 3-5 years plus years of database/document experience.
- Proficient technical experience with MS Word, Excel, Access, Power point
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Demonstrated good judgement and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills building and engaging rapport with internal and external clients including the ability to resolve problematic resolution issues quickly and efficiently.
