About this job

Responsible for daily sorting and opening of mail, processing bank deposits as well as scanning, tracking electronically; Works and coordinates with accounting team; and organized, highly detailed, possessing good written and verbal communication. Solid experience in admin functions and preferably experience in the insurance industry.

Minimum Requirements

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

· Office experience / Comfortable troubleshooting printer jams/errors

· Good math / language / reading skills

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Reliable, responsible, self-motivated, team player with strong collaboration skills

· Professional, proactive, extreme attention to detail, and high level of focus

· Ability to work well in high energy work environment and ability to adjust to changing priorities/tasks

· Good communication skills including following written and verbal instructions

Working Conditions

· Work in office

· Part-time position working approximately 4 hours Monday – Friday.

· Noon – 4p , work hours negotiable as long as they are during regular office hours.

Compensation

· Competitive hourly rate per DOE

Physical Requirements*:

· Performing desk-based computer tasks and printing

· Sort/file/open/deliver mail, bank deposits, frequently twist / bend / stoop / squat

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
