Job Summary

• Temporary position for approximately 2 months.
• Catalog of records on site and off site to send to storage.
• Gather applicable accounting records on site and off site to shred.
• Organizing/movement of tooling out of offsite storage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to organize and control flow of documents.
• Read and understand internal procedures and policies.
• Computer experience: MS Word, Excel, Adobe.
• Understand and follow through on both verbal and written instructions.
• Team oriented with a continuous improvement outlook.

Required Experience and Education

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Computer experience: MS Word, Excel, Adobe
