The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $100,000 - $200,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This Is What You Will Do In This Role:

• Develop a sales strategy to achieve sales goals
• Set individual sales targets with sales team
• Oversee the activities and performance of the assigned sales team
• Ensure sales team have the necessary resources for their pursuits
• Work within the company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
• Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
• Plan and direct sales team training
• Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
• Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts

What We Are Looking For:

• Proficient in Salesforce, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.
• Leadership qualities
• Ability to collaborate and develop strategy
• Management experience is a plus
