Requirements:


What will I be doing?

  • Debrief all techs after each job
  • Arrange follow up appointments with customers
  • Match the best calls to align with the techs best suited based on skills and job complexity
  • Work with customer service team for call booking direction
  • Assist with other projects such as pulling reports or confirming data accuracy

Do I have what it takes?

  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Home service provider experience
  • Preferred minimum of 1 - 2 yrs. of experience or Customer Service Representative experience with 2 yrs. of dispatch experience
  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls and emails daily
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attentive, friendly, and patient
  • Effective time-management skills
  • Positive and driven team player
  • Proven track record of excellent attendance
