- $25 bonus if you stay 2+ hours later on your scheduled shift. No weekly limit.
- $50 bonus if you pick up an extra shift of minimum 4 hours. No weekly limit.
- $75 bonus if you pick up an extra shift of 7.5+ hours. No weekly limit.
WHO ARE WE?
- We serve over 1200+ meals daily
- We have over 130+ Food Service Staff Members and we are growing
- We have 5 onsite dining rooms, including Café Grill Dining, Casual Dining, Buffet Dining and High-End Scale Dining
- We have 4 kitchens, including 1 kitchen measuring at 4500 square feet
- We have a large Catering Department for onsite private events for our residents and staff members
- Our Executive Chef Paul Kennedy is a Michelin star trained Chef with 20+ years experience working in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Dubai, Muscat, Doha, Bangkok & Washington DC. He is trained in cooking Classical French, Modern European, Middle Eastern Cuisine and Asian Cuisine. Follow him on Facebook or Instagram.

- We will open 3 more dining rooms, including Contemporary Dining, Café Grill Dining and Fine Dining
- We will install a Stone Pizza Oven currently being hand-built in Italy for casual and gourmet pizza's
- We will open 2 more kitchens, including 1 kitchen measuring at 3000+ square feet
- We are currently hiring and will be ramping up our hiring needs in January 2023

Background Check:
- Royal Oaks is a Drug Free Workplace. Background checks, reference checks, TB testing, and drug screenings are part of the hiring process. Felony convictions should be disclosed, but will not necessarily bar a candidate from employment.
- Must be able to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card (Paid for by Royal Oaks). This process will be a criminal background check dating back to the incumbent’s age of 18 years. Royal Oaks will assist you with this process.

As a Dishwasher you will:
- Washes plate ware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, and kitchen utensils according to sanitation and cleaning procedures.
- Ensures utensils, plate ware, and glassware are sanitized and available as needed.
- Places clean plate ware, glassware, silverware, and pots/pans on specified shelves according to sanitation and cleaning procedures.
- Keeps sanitation solutions up to Maricopa County Health standards at all times and records on a daily basis.
- Maintains daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish area. Trouble-shoots dishwasher machine malfunctions. Completes scheduled and assigned cleaning duties.
- Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters.
- Keeps kitchen clean by sweeping, mopping floors, and emptying trash. Maintains a continuous state of cleanliness.
- Performs work safely without causing harm or risk to self, others, or property. Ask for assistance in handling heavy item i.e., trash.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Obtains a Maricopa County food handler’s card within 30 days of employment. We can help you with this.
- Has knowledge of custodial and floor care.
- Has the ability to listen to instructions and follow directions.
- Is organized, able to multi-task, think creatively, and adapt to different situations.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent REQUIRED, or still attending high school.
- Preferably, has a minimum of one year of kitchen experience.
Communication Skills:
- Has a clear speaking voice, and understands English.
- Has the ability to speak, work, and interface with all levels of co-workers, residents, guests, and employees.
