Team Responsibilities:

• Partake in a positive work culture by adapting the vision and standards of the kitchen into daily performance meeting the established Service Guarantees set forth by the team.
• Help maintain and exceptional property by:
  • Washing, sanitizing and organizing the storage of dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and equipment.
  • Cleaning of kitchen facilities and equipment (floors, work surfaces, walls, equipment).
  • Waste removal.
  • Creating a safe and sanitary working environment compliant with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.
• Assist with fundamental kitchen food preparations (peeling and counting).
• Assist with banquet services (plates ups, buffet set ups and strikes).

• The ability to communicate professionally with coworkers.
• Successfully worked in a fast-paced environment where organization and time management skills created daily positive results.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making.
• Flexible scheduling.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to stand and walk for long periods of time. Stooping, bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), carrying, and other physical demands are also required.
