• Supervise financial operations, including payroll, retirement matching, receipts, disbursements, cash management, ledgers, and journals.
• Manage the annual audit and work with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Compliance testing and risk management.
• Revenue recognition for grants and documenting grants and conditional or restricted.
• Promote and ensure financial transparency, consistent communication, and meaningful collaboration with colleagues.
• Maintaining a financial management reporting system.
• Develop budgets for new grant and contract requests.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Manage the HRIS system management and train staff on the HRIS system
• Other duties as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree in business, nonprofit financial management, or accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in managing grants and nonprofit finances preferred.
• Proficient with QuickBooks.
• Budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail.
