Reporting to the VP, Corporate Analytics & Performance Management, one of the prime responsibilities will be to ensure the integrity of Financial Management Reporting. Building an excellent internal network by working closely with business divisions, corporate functions and other groups will be key to ensure consistent, aligned presentation of financial information and maximizing the value of information provided to Senior Management. A successful candidate will be able to navigate an ever changing, dynamic environment with a positive attitude and seek opportunities to drive efficient processes and challenge the status quo.Your Role AccountabilitiesContinuously improve financial planning and reporting processes as we transform our global FP&A organization Work with Finance systems and IT department to ensure and maintain financial system readiness for financial planning and management reporting processesMaintain the financial management reporting framework and ensure consistent adherence globallyThought partner/leader for WBD planning process and financial system initiatives including (SAP S/4 and Planning systems transformation)Support Financial Review processes with information gathering, analysis and performance reporting and editorial story-line during the month end reporting cycle.Oversee the Annual Budgeting process and manage stakeholders to ensure smooth execution Develop executive presentations and meeting materials for CFO to CEO, as well as other key stakeholdersOwn SOX controls and documentation for Group FP&A Reviews earnings materials as neededManage and develop FP&A team Qualifications & ExperienceA minimum of seven to ten (7-10) years of experience in an FP&A or analytical/fact finding role (media company experience preferred), management consulting or investment banking* A minimum of three to five years leading teamsBachelor’s Degree required. MBA preferred.Highly developed written and verbal communications and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, staff and external parties.* Sophisticated analytical and financial skills are critical.* Strong PC fluency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, are essential.* Superior problem solving and project management skills, with the ability to proactively manage a variety of projects and timelines.* Strong networking skills across all hierarchies and departments* Proactive mindset, objectively assessing and questioning the status quo striving to improve processes and outputs* Experience with Oracle, SAP (EPM), or Hyperion strongly preferred* Ability to work in, build and lead teams is critical.
